As Head of Primary, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and clear educational direction for the Primary phase
- Inspire excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high standards and strong outcomes

- Lead and develop a talented team with confidence and humility
- Champion innovation while respecting the strengths and traditions that underpin our success
- Contribute as a key member of the Executive team
Person Specification
We are seeking a leader who demonstrates:
- Strategic and decisive leadership, with openness to innovation and change
- A strong track record of building, leading, and developing successful teams
- A visible, approachable, and inspiring presence within the school community
- The ability to motivate and inspire colleagues and students
- A proven record of positively impacting standards and outcomes
- Excellent classroom practice, strong teaching experience, and deep curriculum understanding
- A passion for broadening opportunity and raising aspirations for young people
- A collaborative, partnership-based approach with Governors, the Principal, Executive Team, staff, parents, and students
- Strong understanding of high-quality curriculum provision and educational excellence
- Reflective practice, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning
