Secondary Science Teacher
Permanent role, Full time 40 hours per week.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an outstanding Science Teacher to join our Secondary Team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching Science across the secondary age range, with the ability to teach Physics up to Year 13 considered essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about international education, creative in their thinking, and committed to continuous learning. The successful candidate will also be adaptable, motivated by challenges, and an excellent classroom practitioner.
We are looking for certain qualities:
- A relevant degree in Science or a closely related discipline.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or international equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge across the sciences, with particular confidence in, and ideally experience of, teaching Physics up to Year 13.
- A solid understanding of current educational practices and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience teaching Science in a UK or international school following the Pearson International Curriculum and the National Curriculum of England, from KS3 to A Levels.
- A willingness to contribute to wider school initiatives and the extra‑curricular life of the school.
- Being an EU passport holder, or already possessing a permit that allows work and residence in Luxembourg.
